I fainted this morning. After getting back from my run I was standing in the kitchen drinking water and got really dizzy. Jess helped me sit down and I felt better. A few minutes later I got really dizzy again. And the last thing I said was "It feels good in here." Then I passed out cold. The next thing I know I'm on my back on the floor with my feet on a chair and Jess smiling down at me. I'm OK - it's something that happens to me.
