I love to use the rags which is of satin or nylon material , soak it with chloroform. Grab the girl from behind , right hand holding the rag to cover her mouth & nose , left hand grabbing one of her hands. As she struggle , I get real excited when she protest in mmmmppphhhh.....sound till she gets weaker & weaker & fall into deep sleep.
